Ordered the One Touch Drive 27th Dec and received it 31st December - excellent service.
The installation presented no problems with the exception of the registration process which was delaid by an 'O' been mistaken for a 'zero'. (Why do they create this problem)
Back-up was a dream and was soon set up for scheduled auto incremental 3 times per week while still retaining the option to manually back-up at any time without upsetting the schedule.
The unit is very well made and so neat and of course complements the Maxtor Main Drive in my PC.
Very pleased with both the 'Drive' and the continued excellent service provided by Play.com.
Thank you.

Bought this due to the good reviews and had a WD that failed. The drive arrived, I connected it which it recognised and then loaded the software. Then nothing. The computer failed to recognise the drive and neither would another computer. All I want is a reliable drive and this was not reliable.

Play refunded my money but I was annoyed I had to send it back by special delivery costing £5.05 and was only refunded £1.40 back not good!

Backed up my whole computer within half an hour. (Around 80 GB of stuff).

The software you get with it is amazing, very handy and reliable, not complicated to use either. Can set daily backups to run automatically.

Also can operate on a the drag and drop feature if you dont want to install software.

Also comes with software which allows you to backup your whole operating system and everything an an image (ISO file format) which means should your pc ever have a system failure, you can re-install windows and everything with this.

Also has file Snyc mode which allows you to when saving files to your HDD they overwrite the same file in the external drive to keep it upto date as possible. Again this is optional. The software is all pre-loaded on the drive, should you reformat the drive by mistake or for it to become corrupted for whatever reason, the software can be re-downloaded from their website. So no worries.

And 320 GB of space should be enough for most people if its for personal use. Also great if you have a few computers that you want to keep important files backed up for. Or just using at as another HDD for extra space.

Worth paying the little extra for it 'cause you know its good quality, reliable drive.

I'd say this is a pretty awesome deal.

Fantastic little drive, a bargain price, especially with the one-touch backup software. I found it very quick to use and have backed up images of all my P.C's.
Dare I say it bests the Freecom drives by miles. ( my favourite externel drives up till now).
Buy one, I have another 2 on order.
