Review

War is everywhere in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, the new fantasy MMORPG from the creators of Dark Age of Camelot. Warhammer Online features next generation Realm vs. Realm (RvR) game play that will immerse players in a world of perpetual conflict for years to come. Based on the famous Games Workshop licence created 25 years ago, the popular Warhammer fantasy world is one of the most elaborated to date.

Dominated by force of arms and magic, Warhammer Online provides a rich setting for players to experience the glory of battle and the epic nature of a war ravaging the Old World. Players can experience many different kinds of adventures, with the chance to play together as a group or individually, through different types of PvP (Player vs Player) or PvE (Player vs Environment). Every aspect of the game - every player, every quest, every encounter, and every battle - can turn the tide of the ongoing war and mean victory for your Realm!

Customer rating: 4 out of 5 stars WOW 2.0

FR: Je précise pour les français que la version reçue est PAL et pas uniquement localisée, sinon pour le jeu, c'est un wow amélioré (c'est pas une énorme claque graphique en tout cas comparé à Aoc)
EN: I think WAR is a better version of wow (not so good graphicaly compared to AOC), but the PVP is much better here than in wow.

Customer rating: 3 out of 5 stars A game with good potential

I really had to buy this game when play.com has it for under 10 pounds. It has many similarities with WoW, inevitably you compare every single mmo with that game these days.

It's great if you love pvp, the pve side is pretty bad and the tradeskill almost non-existant. I have been able to try 2-3 classes so far and they all felt exciting and fun to play which is important.

The game has lots of cool ideas like Public Quests and the Tome of Knowledge, I just hope they can develop this and that the playerbase doesn't disappear. I'm staying for at least a month.

Customer rating: 5 out of 5 stars Great PvP gamer
