Doesn't actually change your voice !!

I got this today and eagerly ripped it open to see just how good it was. After a bit of a struggle putting it together (not the easiest thing in the world to do) I immediately wanted to hear my voice as a clone trooper. Unfortunately that didn't happen. The actual 'voice changer' is nothing more than a very slight amplifier and DOES NOT make you sound anything like a clone trooper. It's a shame really cos on the plus side it's quite well put together and is great looking. The pre-recorded phrases are quite good but sadly just remind you that your voice sounds nothing like it.
Pretty Cool Toy

Recieved mine today at work. Had a problem getting the staff to do some work as they all wanted to have a play. Well made and well proportioned. Wide range of sizing options by way of adjustable plastic straps which will extend to fit adult heads easily. Wouldn't agree with the 'voice changer' aspect. It has a microphone near the mouth that is simply an amplifier. Comes in front and back sections, which, once assembled is difficult to get back in the box. Good Vision through the visor. Well pleased. Knocks holes out of the Darth Vader voice mask that was out a couple of years ago.
